Women and Children Legal Research Foundation (WCLRF) a two days’ training session was conducted for trainers in Kabul on June 23-24, 2014. In this training, the trainers from Kabul, Balkh, Nangarhar, Kapisa and Qandahar have participated and were trained the basic skills of data collection and ways of confronting the sensitive cases along with research methods, ways of collecting data, tools of collecting data, and characteristics of a good interviewer. During the TOT session the field training manual was reviewed with the participants and they were able to practice some of the sessions. Meanwhile, sexual harassment, manner of occurring sexual harassment, causes and the consequences of sexual harassment, and preventing sexual harassment based on Islamic and legal perspective. The main objective of this workshop was to enable trainers how to manage the training sessions with the best manner and resolve problems they will be faced. The trainer were theoretically taught in two days and practiced their learning in the field with assistance of WCLRF’s trainer.
